MY given Cheque for payment has Bounced and I recd cheque bouncenotice

Dear Sir, I have Issue my company cheque to another company for payment, but due to financial Crices with i have make stop payment, I have assured to pay this amount but still they have sent a legal notice to pay amount in 15 days, Pls suggest reply

if they sent legal notice to you then u should sent reply of this notice and also request that company for waiting some days for payment...if the company refused then they will be able to complaint in 45 days against you..
