This situation involves a bounced cheque and a prior notarized agreement related to a partnership. legal issues are: Breach of Contract: The bounced cheque, especially if it was issued in fulfillment of the January 2023 agreement, suggests a breach of contract. The notarized agreement provides evidence of the terms of the partnership and the obligations of each party. it's crucial to consult with a legal professional specializing in contract law and the Negotiable Instruments Act. They can advise on the best course of action based on the specific facts of the case. Consider Mediation: Before resorting to litigation, consider mediation or arbitration to resolve the dispute amicably.
