Loan not paid on time Ecs got bounced for personal, consumer durable

I have 7 non secured personal loans consumer durable loans credit cards from hdfc kotak sbi banks and iifl from last 4 months i have not paid emi i have received a message from iifl COURT REMINDER - Legal Case Under Section 138c of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Filed against you and is lined up for hearing on 30 Jan 2019, Please appear along with your Lawyer to present your side or else matter will be decided in your absence. Metropolitan court No.06 SV Road Borivali W Mumbai-92@ Pls help me what can i do if i am not able to pay them.on time what are the consequences

My Response to your query:

first you have to appear himself of through your lawyer and ask time for reply or to defend..

If you don't appear on upcoming date that matter will be decided to avoid this first appear..

Dishonor of cheque or cheque bounce occurs when a cheque that is presented in the bank is returned unpaid. It could occur due to insufficient funds in the bank account of the person who issued the cheque or if the signatures on the cheque do not match with the original signature of that person. You can proceed against the person who has issued such a cheque under various provisions of law. The most important and useful provision to consider is Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act.
