15-Oct-2024 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
My Father passed away last month and he was running a sole proprietorship business into which nether myself or my mother was involved nor new anything about the business since I was based out of India since past 15 years. I want to understand my liability towards the people who are seeking money for which i have no way to validate or prove as my father did not leave anything in writing - all those people have is his cheques given from his business account. Your input in above matter help. Thanks
bring in the case papers. death certificate. will or vasihat-nama if any by your deceased father. Only upon reading of all these documents in hard copy, one can guide you legally. Your liabilities are of various types: civil, criminal, quasi -criminal and so on. depending upon the your of case, relief sought by the order side and nature of transaction would decide the role and jurisdiction of trying the matter before competent authority. In the absence of any written confirmation, it's a shot in the dark. You don't wanna miss this! act fast. feel free to connect with appointment. Adv Soham Desai.
