Landlord gave cheque to return security deposit bounced what can I do

Hi , I vacant the flat on 28 Feb 2016, My Landlord gave me post dated check of 10 April 2016 for security refund, same has been bounced. Please help me to understand what action I can take.
taking into consideration he above facts mention by you .
There are basically the following action which can be taken by you :
1. May file a criminal case against him .
2. you may also file case u/s 138 of NI ACT .
3. Also a civil suit for recovery .

Dear sir, if you not given possession then please do not vacate the premises. in addition to that you should file 138 case against the landlord for dishonouring the cheque. you can also file summary suit for recovery of amount. infact summary suit will give you immediate recovery.
