Opposite party k sath hamara settlement hua jisme monthly humne 10,000/- dena hai jisme 1 kisht hum de chuke hai.abhi hamari financial condition thik nahi hai toh kya hum apni aarthik stithi k hisaab se dubara re settlement kar sakte hai ya ab jo settlement ho gaya wahi chalega??

agar doosri side aapse settlement ke liye open hai to aap doobara karr sakte hain. par agar doosri side aapse fir se settlement nahi karna chahti to pehli settlement wali terms hi acceptable hongi. sab dono parties ki raazamandi par depend karta hai
