Issued blank cheques when borrowed money how can I cancel cheque

Sir my father has borrowed an amount from ruthless money lender he has sucked so much of money in the form of interest he has 8 blank cheques signed by my father Sir how to dilute the cheques if we can produce a FIR claiming that the missing of cheque book containing the 8 blank cheques can we dilute the 8 blank cheques
Please bear in mind if your cheque is dishonored it is an offence under 138 NI act. But as in your case it was taken forcibly .they are bound give you legal notice for payment for the same by giving you 15 days time for payment before they could file a case. So if you receive legal notice you need to reply to that notice without fail and you need to be prepared with your defense.
