Is it important to mention memo date for cheque bounce legal notice

Sending notice without mentioning the cheque return memo date. any remedies for that? like judgements or anything.?
there is no issue if you have sent the legal notice without mentioning the return memo date, but make sure at the time of filing the complaint under section 138 you mention the return memo date and also attach it along with the complaint as one of the documents.
