Is court fees applicable to file cheque bounce case for stop payment

Dear Sir/Madam, i had done work of construction company they give me 2 chque both are back with reason 1. 20- stopped payment, 2 36 not drawn on us. if i filed case is court fees applicable to file case against construction company

Hi,
To file a case in a court of law all you require are the cheques, the bank's statement with the reason of refund, copy of the legal notice. If no legal notice hasn't been sent, then the same needs to be done within 30 days from the date when the check was sent back by the bank. No court fee is applicable.
