I send "legal notice" but not able to deliver due to insufficient address. My check was Bounce on 10/09/2018. I sent legal notice on 04/10/2018 but it's undelivered due to insufficient address. Today's date is 12/10/2018, what to do now?? can I send legal notice again with proper address??

Yes you can send the legal notice again and you are required to address one by law before filing of a complaint u/s 138 of the N.I. Act. When you file the complaint you can satisfy the court about the delay to send the notice and the circumstances that revolved around it.
