I need to know the deadline to file a Case for Cheque Bounce.

Hi, I had sent a Cheque Bounce Notice on 30/05/2019 through Speed Post AD. They had received it on 06/06/2019. Still they have not paid any money. Now i need to file a case against them. What is the deadline for the same.

If they have received notice on 06/06/2019 then their time of 15 days for payment is start from 07/06/2019 and time expired on 21/06/2019. You can file complaint within 3p days from 22/06/2019 means you have to file complaint on or before 21/07/2019.

After receiving the notices gets a time of 15 days to make the payment, thereafter on completion of those 15 days within the next 30 days th complainant has to file a complaint before the Magistrate Court.

The person to whom the notice was sent must make payment within 15 days of receiving the notice. He must make payment before 21.6.19. Otherwise you can institute legal proceedings. The proceedings will be instituted via a complaint before the Metropolitan Magistrate. If you need further help, you may contact me.
