I have filed Cheque bounce Case u/s 138 NI ACT.

Kindly Clarify the following, 1.Accused has told the filed case against her is false case so case went to trial. As per law, It is possible to ask her to deposit the Cheque amount in the court to continue the case. 2. Any Provision to ask about her Property details and Legal heir details thorough court. 3. If Accused abscond.

1. Application for Interim compensation can be filed before the court under section 143 A for an amount not exceeding 20% of the default sum, in your case.
2. Attachment cannot be usually sought in the criminal proceedings, especially at this stage. However, details might be sought upon the discretion of the court, if reasoning can be made out. If he is a proclaimed offender, actions may be taken through CrPC.
3. Warrant would serve the purpose. Otherwise seek for expedited proceedings, if there is reason to believe that accused May abscond.
