I have a query related to Cheque bounce case

Hi Sir, We have file a cheque bounce case, Accused not appearing to the court, then judge give a Warrant then he surrendered and recall it. Now we are going file civil suit for recovery of money, but we don't know about his properties, but he is a income tax payer and he has an agency(ex: venkateswara agency about one product. pro prater by his name) and in his bank account plenty of money is there because he applied for a loan and loan has been sanctioned. he has many accounts in various banks. please advise me how proceed. File the suit first and in the plaint, mention all the details showing his capability to repay the amount. The suit will proceed and once the suit is decreed in your favor and only upon the party's failure to repay the amount, you need to worry. Upon his failure to pay the decretal amount, gather the details of his property, bank details etc and file Execution Petition and pray the court to attach them.

Why do you want to file a civil case let the cheque bounce case be continued as civil case will take some time but cheque bounce case will be decided early and in civil case he will try to drag the matter
