I have 5 Personal Loan, 2 Business Loan and 1 Credit Card loan is running on me, I have incurred huge loss in Business and failed to generate a good cashflow, now i have started bouncing an EMI for all of the Loan. Is there anyway that we can send Legal Letter to all Banks and convince them to stop EMI's and reschedule all the EMI's after 6 months. In this time i will find out a Job and create some other earning opportunity, so that i can pay all the remaining dues with all the charges.
at the time of availing such heavy loan facilities you have convinced the banks and financial institutions that you will pay back the amount.
you may write a letter to the banks and financial institutions regarding stopping all your EMIs but since it's all a stored data system it won't be of any use to you.
instead the bank will come running behind you asking for attachment of your properties

kindly give us from which bank you have taken loan whther it is a nationalised bank or private financial institution and secondly take regular follow up on credit score and other details with bank and give a writing application with bank to not to deposit any cheque and etc.
