i had give cheque & cash , cheque is bounced he is absconding

I had given few years back cheque and cash to Mr. Ramesh where he had given cheque to me and that is bounced , and he vacated the house as well his bakery , not able to trace him , his number and location is completely not traceable.
What option do i have ..
hello in this situation you can send a legal notice to the which address is given in previous address only 138 case in concern judicial Court then send summons if you not appeared then court will pass warrant against him per search warrant you can find it you can waste your time for limitation period will be over for that concern check for the purpose we have to file the immediate case against m

If you had obtained any ID proof you can get a court order to trace him. What about the bank which has issued the cheque? Ask the bank to provide details. If they don't accept your request then you can ask for a court to give order to the bank. If he has closed the account then finding out through his personal details like the ID proof given to bank is the only wait out.
