I get cheque And Bond Paper From One Person And Give 30k Rs To Him But he doesn't return my money Wat to do. If any lawer give 30k to me if I give to cheque and bond to him
You can file a cheque bounce case against him and depositing the said cheque to the bank, if he evading payment then it will surely gets bounced. Under cheque bounce case you can ask for entire cheque amount along with interest.
