How will I calculate the 15 days after sending legal notice?

If I send 15 days legal notice on 1.12.17,by letter,then what will be the date of 15 days completion ie notice period if I don't know date of receipt of notice?

In the law the cheque bounce section covers under the negotiable instrument act that when any cheque bounces by the bank because of insufficent fund then the suit can be filled in the court and 15 days count when notice received by the prty.

Aapne kis tarah ka notice send kiya h aap wo btaye kyoki ydi aapne notice nikari chodne ke.liye diya h ya aapne.cheque bounce hone par notice diya h ye aapko btana chahiye kyoki bina in baton ke.jane.aapki problem ka solution nhi diya ja skta h

Hi, Regards, there is a procedure to calculate the specific time in legal term and that is the receiving date of the letter send by you. As a proof you have to present the document which can able to clear the date of accepting the letter by the opponent party in respected court. Registered post by post office should be a good and effective document for identify the date of receiving. You can also track the consignment and the acknowledgement should be presented as a evidence or track the movement of your letter that is legally acceptable.

Answer: If you send 15 days legal notice on 1.12.17,
when this legal notice receiving date 5.12.2017 to will be the date of 15 days completion ie notice period of date 20.10.2017.
