How to recover money from a client whose cheque bounced

Main Delhi Nizamuddin Main Rahta hun, mera tours and travels ka chotta sa business hai, mera ek customer tha uska main pichle 5 year se ticket book karta tha, usne ek cheque mujhe diya tha rs 150000 ka 4.5.2017 ko, wo cheque main apne bank me jama kiya but bounes ho gaya, main unko photo kiya cheque bounes ke matter main wo bola aap ko jald hi main payment dunga, but abhi tak mujhe nahin diya meri unse baat hoti rahti hai, mujhe wo bewaqoof bana raha hai, What should I do?
As the cheque is bounce in year 2017 you can not file a case under 138 Negotiable Instrument Act. You can file suit for recovery of money dues on basis of your bills and the other evidences. If the cheque is of 2018 may then the notice period limitation is over and you have to represent the cheque with the bank to make your case live
