How to recover advance paid,cheque given by seller bounced

How to get money back which is paid in advance . He has not delivered the goods purchased and sent a cheque which bounced for insufficient funds

Taking into consideration the above facts and the query therein . As the cheque is bounced and you have not received the good . You may initiate legal action against the person by issuing him a legal notice and filing complaint of fraud and cheque bounce complaint under Sec 138 of NI Act in the courts.

hello, have been through your query and i think that you should send a notice to the drawer of the cheque within 30 days from the bouncing of the cheque and then if not responded by the drawer you can file a case in the appropriate court of law

The cheque given you is bounce.as per you're question you have first send him legal notice thorough you're advocate demanding cheque amount then if he didn't send reply to that notice then you have option to file cheque bouncing criminal case or file civil recovery suit
