How to know the jurisdiction of my case

i RESIDE IN MUMBAI and I issued a blank cheque to a bank IN MUMBAI AND HAVING ALL REGISTERED OFFICE IN MUMBAI, against a LONG TERM 5 YEARS loan taken from them, then I bounced the emi cheques my account was in NPA then they filled the fill amount of the loan in my blank cheque and deposited in their bank account IN GURGAON and got it bounced and then they have filled a case in GURGAON, ALL LENDING AND BORROWING IS DONE IN MUMBAI AND ALL OFFICES ARE IN MUMBAI OF LENDER AND BORROWER. LOAN AGREEMENT ALSO SAYS PLACE OF JURISDICTION WILL BE WHERE THE LENDING WAS DONE WHAT IS MY REMEDY ?
Kindly forward me the loan agreement. As per new judgements in the cases of cheque bounce, the jurisdiction of your case comes where the complainant maintains his bank account.
