How to file case against the wrong conduct of any judge

During a recent hearing, the judge heard the respondent out of turn with out the consent of the petitioner. How can I proceed against this illegal act of the judge ?
file a petition in higher court along with request to transfer your matter to another court and hearing a fresh as the earlier Judge is not cooperating and using his power to provide unjust gain to the respondent
