Friend imposed cheque bounce case in which cheque belongs to my father

I have started a firm with my friend now he has filled a case against me in section 138 ..he has filled a cheque bounce case of 6lakhs against me but the cheque is not from my account it is from my father's account but he has signed that cheque by my signature....is that a case under section 138 what should I do...pls suggest...
BANK ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF YOUR FATHER , SO CHEQUE BOOK IS FROM YOUR FATHER ACCOUNT .
WHY YOU SIGNATURE ON FATHER CHEQUE BOOK WHAT IS THE REASON BEHIEND THEM.
I AM SCURE THIS IS CASE OF SECTION 420 ALSO INCLUDING SECTION 138 YOU ARE USING OF WRONG CHEQUE UBDER YOUR SIGNATURE.
