03-Nov-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Am garment manufacturer, one of client had placed order and things didn't go well in middle of the order.i offered him to take goods which are ready and refund for Balance but he refused. Then went on to threaten abuse ..since he comes from well do to family, I knew he had money and Power so when he threatened to call goons to break machine and take away our car I got scared.he forcefully took all the goods and also made me sign full amount cheque and a bond stating failing which I will pay double the amount to him. I own a very small business ...now he has filed cheque bounce case on me. Only thing I did was to lodge a police complaint against him stating that he got cheque and bond forcefully signed. Dear Client,
There are multiple ways to get justice. The entire scenario should be understood in depth. For that I will require the chronological order of the incidents which took place. As I have faught numerous amount of cases which were more complex so i can help you to get Justice. No money power and influence is needed to get justice.
