Filed case 138 for cheque bounce

We had a settlement letter submitted to court with dates and amount where the respondent agree to pay settlement amount from which first amount was paid on 1st August 24 now for paying the second installment the date is 15th of October, I want an opinion incase the respondent don't pay on 15th October then is there any other case we can file along with 138 as he has given a written settlement letter with his and his lawyer's signature and my and my lawyer's signature to Court.
If he does not pay on 15th october you can file an application stating the non payment of the second instalment which will prove the court the credibility and veracity of the commitments of the respondent and also you have the strong will full proof of the settlement which will further help you for winning the case,so the ball is in your court do not worry.
