Falsely accused of cheque bounce

21-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I had got INR 1 LAKH from my immediate reporting authority during 2014 for a family emergency. My IRA had asked a security cheque.I had given him a CTS 2010 cheque without filing out the date or Amount out of trust. Subsequently I had settled the amount of INR 100000 plus interest within next two months in cash( he insisted). Even after repeated reminders he never gave my cheque back to me.He cited all silly reasons for not giving my cheque back. Now after 5 odd years he had sent me a legal notice falsely accusing me of getting 10 lakhs from him. He wanted banked my cheque after 5 years and it bounced. He is demanding 10 lakhs. Can someone help me on how to proceed?

if you have any proper documentation about the payments to the person, then you can fight against the legal notice. you have to send you the reply through advocates. the payment details are necessary.
