Does it effects cheque bounce case in getting govt job?
25-Aug-2024 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Sec 138 N.I act 1881 the case is running in trail court,,no fir filed against me,,if i apply any govt job there will be a column,, whether u have any criminal case?in this column can i give this case details or not?is this consider as a criminal offence?if i not given the details and i go to settlement does it effects any way in getting govt job?
Cheque bounce cannot come out in police enquiry but if you are convicted the and if it communicated to your place of employment then it will cause you trouble general police will enquire about only whether you have any criminal cases in police station if the opposite party against whom you are contesting he comes to know of this he may try to bring to police notice as well
