I have case of 138 nia. I am regular and on bail.
my lawyer is now not cooperating. he is asking for an amount beyond limit which he never discussed nor we finalised such an affair.
I wish to have a 2nd lawyer in the same case so that I do not have to seek NOC from this blackmailing lawyer. It is possible?

If you have paid the agreed fee to the lawyer and you want to change your lawyer, the former lawyer cannot blackmail you. If they do this then you can take legal action against them as per rules. For more information contact me at the office or mobile number .
