I am a resident of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
I wanted to know the court fee for filing a cheque bounce case which was issued to me of Rs 200000/-
the court fees payable in a cheque bouncing case where the value of the cheque is Rs. 2,00,000 is Rs. 4,000
the court fees can be payable either online through the collector of stamps or via Court fee stamps of the value of Rs. 4,000 which can be purchased from Court premises.
