Section 37 of cpc not have any remedy .order 37 cpc given remedies for recovery matter if issue is very limited. we can use order 37 of civil procedures code for cheque bounce case but if compare to civil procedures code , we have to easy remedy in Negotiable Instrument Act and also minimum (5 to 3 percent )fees and in cpc approximately 12 percent court fees applicable.
