I hv chq bouce case against me i nvr apperd court but my advocate n opposite advocate made me. Sign sm document in adalath july 13th 2019saying dat i vl pay amount 4 lakh by aug 2nd. But i need time till 9th august so i can do payment. How i can. Get. Extra days. Im scared i really dont. Knw i nvr even red document befr signing. My case was in september. Bt opposite party advocate called me on july 13th n made me. Sign. Sm paper. Pls help me. Wt i cam do i. Need just 1 week more time. Im. Frm. Mangalore
Sir, You did wrong, You must know the contents of the documents before signing the documents. you should have to read over the papers and sign them. When did you engage the lawyer, you should take instructions from your lawyer. Why did you listen the words of opposite advocate. The opposite is opposite, he does not turn your side. he is always thinking that interest of his party only. you are being a highly educated you did shameful thing. really it's bad.
