Cheques given by owner of company bounced What legal action can I take

Sir, the scene is that an "xyz tutorial company" was supposed to be paying me 12600/- The owner issued me two cheques reading 6000/- and 6600/- from his personal saving account. Both got bounced and now my service is completed, can I do something legally against him.
