Cheque which I had issed for buying property has bounced

I had bought property and had given post dated cheques,details of which was mentioned has bounced on 2/9/2024. I have received notice on 19/9/2024. What shall I do now

You must reply the notice of legal demand, so received by you ASAP. Also, fix an appointment for legal discussion with all the details of the transaction, bank statement etc. Neglecting such things may end up in criminal case in Court, punishment for which are extended upto double the cheque amount and jail time upto two years.
