Cheque returned about 80,000/-

Jayesh Sharma who is owner of his private finance company and he took 80,000/- amount for fee of 220000/- loan amount but he said loan cancelled and he agreed to return 80,000/- and he give me cheque of 80,000/-of SBI bank. Now they playing game with me as per him I put cheque in my bank of baroda account for clearing but cheque returned due to insufficient fund. I gave him notice via advocate but now he do not interest to give my money. So, book complaint against him in court under 138. Sir, what will chance to I get 80,000/- sir, I have all documents like cheque bounce reason, cash memo, cheque from Jayesh Sharma and gave all in court with complaint. sir, Jayesh Sharma warned me about this court matter and he will have no problem to facing this matter because he is well-known in all courts and political and police station. He will use this against me if complaint in court. So, I afraid from him.

He can make any statements he wants but if the law is in your favour considering the facts and evidences then you need not worry.

You can collect all the documents regarding the cheque bounce and visit my office. We will have to send a 138 notice quickly and then proceed further
