15-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
DSK SONS ISSUED ME (to my wife)CHEQUE OF RS.1.00 LAKHS matured on 2nd Feb 2017 & now saying dont deposit the same as they are in financial crunch.He says that he will deposit the amount by NEFT. But constant followup not deposited the amount yet.I have given dead line of 23 feb 2017.If do not respond me I am going to deposit the same if it get bounced ,I want to take legal action on him.Pl guide me about this matter.
Dear client u have to send legal notice through lawyer within 30 days from cheque bounce date to opposite party. If other party not pay amount u have to file case under sec 138 of n i act.For any legal help call me

you can take legal action if the chrque will bounced
for that purpose the necessary compliance shoud done that is collect bank memo after cheque bounced, legal notice served within 15 days from bounce, after service of notice you can file compliant of 138 N.I.Act
for filing complaint court fees stamps for Rs. 1 lakh shoud be paid
