Cheque given to supplier who is blackmailing now

Sir..maine cheque party ko de the uska payment cash de diya...phir maine usse aur mal kharida wo mal acha nhi nikla maine usko wapas lene ko kha usne mana kr diya phir force Kiya toh usne kisse aur party ko de dila diya...ab uska khna mere mal me loss hua uska payment mujhe do toh maine mana kr diya...toh wo ab kh rha ke tumhare cheque mere pas pade hai us pr mai case kr dunga...cheque bounce ka...toh iske liye mai kya kro...
Cheque ka stop payment karwaiyye. In case that doesn't bounces, he will not be able to file any cheque bounce against you. This seems to be the only workable solution. I hope my response is of some help to you.
