26/12/18 KINDLY TELL ME THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF SENDING DEMAND LETTER ? CAN I SEND IT BEFORE 26/01/2019 AS THE FOURTH TIME THE SAME CHEQUE BOUNCED DATE IS 26/12/2018. KINDLY REPLY ASAP
If cheque has beenbounced within three months three time than u have to send legal notice within 30 days from the date of last memo by demanding money within 15 days, if payment is not made within 15 days than u can file complaint within 30 days.
