Cheque bounced which is given by car dealer

Hi, I have purchased second hand car and sold to same person. He didn't transferred car to my name after multiple request. In small accident car got damaged bit and I asked him sale this car give me a amount. But after spending many months he didn't give amount. He was keep on telling many false reasons. After that he given cheque and told me to deposit after some days but after week I have deposited cheque and it got bounced.. After multiple try he given 70% amount but still he is not giving remaining amount. Cheque bounced on 05/09/2020.cheque is still with me only. He is not yet all ready to give remaining amount. I have what's up chats, recorded calls with him and cheque. Please let me know what all the action or route I can take to recover the amount. He took car 5 months back.
