I Had A Cheque Given By Mr . It Got Bounced Dated 13/12/17 . I Presented That Cheque In Hdfc Bank Chetak Circle Branch Drop Box . My Account was Opened In Hdfc Is At Ahmedabad . As This Was Salary Account . Now I Am Resident Of Udaipur . Cheque Was At Par . Where Can I File The Case
In present position Ahmedabad is jurisdiction..if u want to file case at Udaipur than .... Bounce the same cheque once again at Udaipur branch than ....you can file your case at Udaipur ...
