Cheque bounced due to insufficient fund, what legal right do i have

Cheque given to me was bounced due to insufficient fund in drawee account .when I called drawee bank and told them this case they said drawee has stopped the payment for cheque however my bank mentioned that drawee did not have sufficient fund . Please let me know know the legal rights I can go for .cheque date was 29 sep.

Yes we can move to the court us 138 of negiotialble instrument act and file the case against the accused a notice for payment has to be send to the person who has given you the cheque and after completion of 15 days we can file the case

Yes definitely you can go for notice of cheque bounce
After sending legal demand notice to the opposite party and after completion of statutory period we can file cheque Bounce case against him in the concern Court
