Cheque bounced and legal notice

26-Apr-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Cheque bounced, my lawyer sent legal notice within 10 days from the Memo date of bounced. But by mistake he mentioned in notice 1) "to pay the amnt within 30 days instead of 15 days 2) Speed post A/D card yet not received by me but status report I collected from Postal dept. "as a Delivered" Today is 40th days of bounced. For above mistake and non availability of A/D card, does the court will admit the suite? If so, pls provide me the ph. No. Of Lawyers, specialist in cheque bounce case, practices at BARRACKPORE court, 24 Parganas (N) West Bengal.

There is no difficulty if there is demand of payment within 30 days from the date of delivery of your legal notice..you have to give them 15 days time from the date of notice and after expiry of 15 days you will get 30 days for filling of your case..
