Cheque bounce three times what to do

cheque given by agent to refund my money but cheque bonce three times when i take legal action cheaque bonce is out dated plz advice me what i do

Sir your question is very vague and does not mention full details. After the cheque is bounced you should serve a legal notice and after serving legal notice you must file case within 45 days. Or you may file complaint to police or you may file recovery suit

Hello Sir now cheque is valid for three months.when cheque bounce with memo of insufficient funds or for some other reason then you have to give legal notice through your counsel after that giving fifteen dys tme .you file case in court for 138 ni act

You need to be more specific in detail. When the cheque bounced last time and what is the reason of bounce. If it bounces due ti insufficient funds, then yoy need to issue notice within 30 days if receiving memo if bounce. If that time has expired and you failed to issue notice, still you can file recovery suit..

If cheque has been bounced within three months three time than u have to send legal notice within 30 days from the date of last memo by demanding money within 15 days, if payment is not made within 15 days than u can file complaint within 30 days. Otherwise second option to file recovery suit.
