Cheque bounce offence registered with out a cheque been given.

04-Sep-2024 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I had taken a loan from a company for 1.5lakhs and wasn't able to make the payment due to some unexpected changes in my financial situation. While taking the loan the process was entirely digital and no cheque was given to the loan company however they have sent a court summon under section 138 of the payment act. Need some advice on whether a cheque bounce case can be made without a physical cheque being given to the company. Need some urgent advice kindly help!

Yes if you dishonour the payment where you have borrowed the money electronically then the offence and payment and settlement act section 25 is revoked. Kindly attend the date with good expert lawyer and file the vakalatnama and file application
