Cheque bounce of builder from Gujrat case filed in mumbai

I have invested money in under Consteuction building from Unargaon, Gujrat he couldn’t complete the project so he gave me cheque of 30 L which got bounce I have filed ch bounce case against builder 4 years back I am getting only date from court , court has issued arrest warrant but Gujrat police is not arresting him what to do
you can apply for re-issue of the warrant and hand it to the local police in your area. they will be required to travel to gujarat and qrrest the builder. you will have to make sure all this is done by personally monitoring the entire journey.

get a non bailable warrant issued against the builder. and when u go to serve the warrant take acknowledgement of the warrant summons paper that u handover to police. if the police is still not acting on it, then u can issue a show cause notice against the said police stn.
