Cheque bounce for EMI how can i recover money

I have sold my vehicle on terms of paying the emi for 12 months and after that the person has to foreclose the loan and transfer the vehicle on his name But the other party has violated the terms and had bounced the emi cheque and he is not even bothered to talk about it Pls advice me about the procedure and where I can seek help to recover my vehicle

Dear client u have to send legal notice through lawyer first within 30 days from cheque bounce date. If other party not pay amount then u have to file cheque bounce case under sec 138 n i act. For any legal help call me
