cheque bounce due to closed account can i recover it

i had given Rs XX to an industrialist for a security with undated cheque for the same amount. I came to know that after demonitisation he has closed account in bank, opened new account with proprietorship with his wife and daughter in other bank If i file a suit of cheque bounce ,can i get my hard earned money back??

See the date on the cheque, don`t waste time after dishonour of cheque. Notice is prefereably sent by an advocate to avoid technical errors. Closure of account has no effect on recovery of your hard earned money.

How can you file a cheque bouncing case whereas you have given your undated cheque to the Industrialist so the industrialist can file cheque bouncing case against you. Moreover its not suit its a complaint before Magistrate Court.

Yes u will get back your hard earned money since you can present the cheque to bank for encasement and account closed is also an offence under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act so present cheque to bank and issue legal notice later file case and u get money 100 percent so contact me I get u hard earned amount.
