My HDFC bank home branch is in Bangalore but cheque bounced in Chandigarh. I want to file a case in Chandigarh. I will be giving Power of attorney to my father in
Chandigarh to file a case. cheque bounce notice period is going to be over soon. I want to know the fee to file a cheque bounce case.
1.First and formost you need to have a bank account in the branch where the cheque in question has bounced for the purpose of Jurisdiction for filing the complaint case.
