11-Nov-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Hi, one of my friend has organised an event and he has failed to pay the amount. After a few days he called me and told that owner of the hotel is in an urgent issue. So please you give him the cheque and I'll make it sure that they will no put into the account. In the friendship I have given the same. Now that owner has put the cheque in the bank and asking me to put the case against it. How ever at the time of giving cheque I have whatsapp that owner and my friend that Im giving the cheuqe on the behalf of My Friend to you. Please guide me that whether I'll be penalised for that since im not liable to pay that amount. Amount is 4,20,000
