Cheque Bounce 3 Years Ago amounting 2lacs

Can i do leagally to recover money 2lacs as i have made online funds trabsfer. Every time i ask they reply they dont have funds.

you can file a complaint under the negotiable instruments act for cheque bouncing within 6 months of the cheque bouncing send a notice and wait for 15 days how was the money transferred to the drawer in tranches

you can send legal notice to them towards your payment if they are not paying then you can file suit for recovery or you can lodge complaint case against them and for more detail you have to explain your case in detail then i can help you in better way.
