Ha, ab cheque bounce ke Case me accused ko first first baar bail karwane ke baad yadi accused case me trial ladna chahata hai to usse 60 din ke ander cheque amount ka 20% tak ka amount jama krwana padega yadi court chahe to 30din aur de sakti hai. ( Sec.143 N.I.Act.)
