This is common in many cheque bounce case and now the case will stand on how effectively you can show that there was a transaction between the accused and you and if prosecution successfully establish the case then nothing to worry about this court will take the accused case has no merit

Hai.

The answer is simply no. After executing the same he cannot simply deny the debt. There are a bunch of cases with similar occation. Execution of a cheque is a kind f agreement where the executant promises the bearer that there will be the amount mentioned available iin the concerned account. So unless otherwise proved the chrqur stands live even the accouny itself got compromised.
N in ur case wat the defaulter is doing is that he is inder wrong impression making evidence for non payment of ur debt.

Do present cheque through ur branch n initiate NI act proceedings at the earliest. Do temember validity of cheque is 3 months from date f cheque
hope am upto ur query
